Shipping Methods

We take the upmost care in packing your purchase in order that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when finalizing your purchase.

Shipping rates will depend on method of shipment. Please allow up to 14 days for standard shipping throughout North America, and longer shipping times for other destinations. If you require expediated shipping, please inquire about added shipping costs for these services before making you payment.

Each item is inspected before being packaged for shipping. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may follow up with the shipping company. 

Returns & Exchanges

We are a small, individual company with attention to detail. All items are individually designed and constructed. Each item is inspected before being packaged for shipping. 

Please ensure you are choosing the correct size for your item. Your item will only begin construction once your measurements have been received. We cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements supplied by our clients. If you need assistance with determining your measurements, please contact us in advance of placing your order to ensure an accurate fit.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with the labels still attached and in new and unworn condition. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item to request a return or exchange. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the client or customer. All returns packages must include a tracking number. This is for your safety and to ensure your returned item does not get lost. Once an item is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know it has arrived and begin processing your return or exchange.

Custom made items can not be returned or exchanged, as they are custom made to the client’s specifications and/or measurements. However, alterations (if possible) can be made to custom made items and returned to the client. In the case a customer needs to have an alteration made, the customer is responsible for the shipping of that item back to us.

Sample Sale items are a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be issued for Sample Sale purchases.
